Talent Bridge

Pricing

10%. That is the whole price list.

One fee, taken from the freelancer's side, only when money actually reaches them. If a contract is refunded, we earn nothing.

If you are hiring

R0

Clients pay no fee at all. You fund the contract for exactly the amount you agreed with the freelancer — nothing is added at checkout, and nothing is deducted from what you put in.

Agree R12 000, pay R12 000.

The fee is 10% rounded to the nearest cent, and the freelancer's payout is the remainder — so the two always add back to exactly what the client paid. There is no cent unaccounted for on any contract.

Why 10%

The fee pays for the thing that makes this different from finding someone on Facebook: money held safely, a record of what was agreed, and a person who reads both sides when it goes wrong. Payment processing, hosting and the dispute desk all come out of it.

We take it from the freelancer's side because a fee added at checkout makes a client hesitate at exactly the moment we need them not to. And we take it on release rather than on funding, because charging for a transaction that then gets refunded would mean profiting from our own failure.

The obvious way to avoid the fee is to find someone here and pay them by EFT. Please do not. Escrow, the dispute process and every protection on this page exist only for work that happens on Talent Bridge — going around them saves 10% and costs both of you everything else.
