How it works
Six steps, and one of them is the important one
Everything on Talent Bridge is built around a single idea: the money is real and visible before the work starts, and nobody can take it unilaterally.
The job is posted
A client describes the work, the budget range and the deadline. Posting is free and takes about five minutes.
Nobody pays anything at this stage. A job on the board is an advert, not a commitment.
Freelancers bid
Freelancers send a proposal: what they would charge, how long they need, and why they are the right person.
Bids are sealed — freelancers cannot see each other's numbers, so nobody is undercutting a figure they were not supposed to know.
The money goes into escrow
The client hires someone and funds the contract. The money leaves their account and is held by Talent Bridge.
This is the step that makes the rest work. The freelancer knows the money exists; the client knows it has not been handed over yet.
The work is delivered
The freelancer works, then submits the deliverables through the contract workspace with a note about what has been done.
Delivering through the platform is what creates the record. A file sent by email is a file nobody can point to in a dispute.
The client approves, and payment is released
The client reviews the delivery and either approves it or asks for changes. On approval, the payout goes to the freelancer's bank account.
Talent Bridge takes 10% at this point, and only at this point. If the money never reaches the freelancer, we earn nothing.
Both sides review each other
Reviews stay sealed until both have written one, or fourteen days pass.
Double-blind on purpose. If you can read your review before writing theirs, the second review is a reply and the ratings stop meaning anything.
If it goes wrong
The work is not right
The client requests changes, with notes. The contract goes back to in-progress and the money stays where it is. There is no limit on rounds, but a client using this to avoid paying for work that meets the brief will not be supported in a dispute.
You cannot agree
Either side raises a dispute. The money freezes, both parties put their case, and we decide: refund, release, or split it. We read the brief, the delivery and the messages — which is why keeping the conversation on Talent Bridge matters.
Someone is behaving badly
Report the job, the profile or the message. Every report is read by a person. Accounts that solicit payment off the platform, misstate who they are, or harass anyone are suspended.
