Payroll setup and monthly runs for 22 staff

Job description

Produce distributor in Bloemfontein, 22 people on the books — 14 warehouse and drivers on hourly, 8 salaried. We are running payroll on a spreadsheet and an accountant who is retiring in November, which is the deadline that matters. We need someone to set us up properly on Sage or SimplePay, get UIF, SDL and PAYE filing right, and then run it monthly. EMP201 submissions and the EMP501 reconciliation are part of it. This is ongoing work, not a project. Quote a monthly retainer and tell us separately what the setup costs.
