We install residential solar across the Cape Peninsula and every customer asks the same three questions: where is my installation in the queue, what did the compliance certificate say, and how much am I actually generating. Right now all three answers live in someone WhatsApp thread. We want a portal customers log into after signing: installation status with real dates, their documents in one place, and a monthly generation summary pulled from the inverter API. Roughly 400 customers today, growing fast.
