About Megan Young

I am a resourceful and independent digital solutions specialist with a passion for technology, research and problem-solving. I enjoy investigating how things work, identifying problems and finding practical solutions that help businesses improve their online operations. My experience and project work include: • Website research, audits and quality checks. • AI tools, research and AI-assisted workflows. • E-commerce research and online business support. • Website development and API integration. • Content writing and professional business communication. • Data collection, analysis and organisation. • Identifying digital problems and documenting practical improvements. I am also developing AskMichaelAI, an independent AI-powered web application, which has allowed me to explore AI integration, web technologies and digital product development. I am a fast learner, detail-oriented, self-motivated and comfortable working independently. I approach every project with curiosity, initiative and a focus on delivering useful results. I am open to freelance projects and remote opportunities where I can contribute my research, technical and problem-solving abilities.
